Adios

Every good thing comes to an end some day!!!

Else a new beginning is never possible!!!!

Friends, the blog is officially closed now. Do not ask me why because I do not have any other justification apart from the two mentioned above.

Those who actually knew who I am

There are a lot of bitter things and a few good things as well written about many of my friends here. I confirm that the bitter things written here were not from heart, being an instinctive guy they were spurs of moment when I was pissed off with people. If my friends have read them and are hurt I humbly apologize for the same. However forgiving a friend and accepting him back in life is something I leave to them. Last but not the least I love you all despite the differences and wish you all the best in all your life. If any of my friends who know the author of this blog and have read this and also can forgive me for all past bitterness please remember I am just a call away!!!

Those who do not know who I am

It is better the to end as anonymous author. Thanks for reading my blogs and providing me with feedback. My constant endeavor now a days is to be a better person and write better. He is her fiancee, I was her boyfriend!!!

Dev was still pondering on the recent Facebook update he saw from Divya: She is engaged to Tarun!!! He thought of congratulating her on the same and proceeded to comment. It was then he suddenly paused and pondered: Is he really happy on her engagement????

Scene 1: A few years back

Dev and Divya were couples a few years back. They had joined the same coaching institute seeking guidance of some leading entrance examinations in India and love did not take much time to strike the chord. Both belonged to respected families, were intelligent and had been famous in the area they resided for being good in academics and co curricular activities, it was but natural to fall for each other.

They went steady for around one and half years, however there were difficulties in maintaining a long distance relationship as they headed to two different cities for their education. Day by day their behavior went on to be more and more immature and they went into the vicious circle of blame games on trifle matters. Continuing like this they parted ways after couple of years of togetherness.

Scene 2: The journey in between

Dev struggled to be alright after their break up and so did Divya, but again there were the likes of Madhav (Divya's used to tout her as the best person who understands her) and a common friend Prakash (learnt dance and went on to learn many more things about a special life long friendship) who came in her life. Madhav and Divya officially got committed to each other but tragedy struck when Madhav declined to marry her to oblige to his parents wishes. Prakash never got a chance to propose as Divya despite coming close to her cleared the air that they can only be life long friends. Prakash smelled danger and got transferred only to leave her alone.

Dev also played around with a few girls, proposed a few but could not love them so passionately as he used to do Divya. The results were a few heartbreak till one day Dev realised he is getting converted to a Casanova and it is high time he should get practical and stop breaking heart. Dev reconciled with most of these girls, begged forgiveness and promised to leave a better life henceforth.

Scene 3: Present day

And the present day is today when Divya flashed a status message of being engaged and gathered many more congratulations from people. Dev was smiling as he could sense Divya has not changed, it was only couple of months back Divya knew Tarun and being so fast in her inherent nature she could easily forget her past endeavors of love (probably she would have told Tarun about Madhav, the bastard who played the game of love with Divya to near perfection) and moved on. Probably she will get married within next 6 months.

Dev is also a changed person now. Yes he does not feel bad with the proceedings in Divya's life as he has lots of priorities on his head: priorities regarding his parents, his job and is on a mission to be a better person with every passing day. Yes he does feel it is lovely to have a loving, caring and understanding girl in life but he never hurries these days in relationships. Probably this is a wise thing to do because it gives him time to analyze his priorities makes him understand it is never bad to wait, wait for the right time and the right move.

He refrains from commenting on Divya's facebook profile, but withing his heart he tells, "Congratulations Divya, wish you a great life ahead. Hope this time you get to find your true love and a trusted life partner who obliges to your silliest wishes even!!!"

A gong on the wall clock diverts his attention towards the time. "Shit, it is one o' clock and I am yet to take a bath and cook lunch", he realizes and makes a move to do the needful.

Right way to bring up a kid!!!

Currently travelling in the train and heading towards Kolkata, Sukato has two couples with their kids in and around his seat. One of them is Marwadi and the another is Bengali. The Marwadi kid is pampered, happy and obidient. His mother does not do too much for him. All that I saw is she feeds him in time, listens to him non understandable language and loves him unconditionally!!!!

Now coming to the Bengali couple, they too love their daughter and feed her in time, but then there are unnecessary warnings given by them to their 2-3 year kid about do not do this or do not do that!!!! How irritating. The lady is just too much as a wife and a mother, the poor husband is managing between his arrogant wife and his cute daughter.

This made him ponder on the way the Bengali couples bring up their kids. Sukanto Bhattacharya is definitely a Bengali and hence he feels he can a level of understanding where he can comment on their upbringing mode. He does not know how the other community people bring up their child, however he has seen a couple of cases of his non bengali colleagues and friends where they do not do overtly for their kid and things are perfectly fine there!!!

As a kid Sukanto (a bengali kid) got ample love and care from parents. He was brought up rightfully which his parents explaining him right from the time he went up growing about what is right and what is wrong, which way he should follow and which he should not, who is the right person to make friend who is not, which program to watch in TV and which not. He was not allowed to see movies when he was a kid, he was not allowed to watch his favorite program in TV, there was no cable connection in Sukanto's house as his parents thought it might mislead their kid and he will end up being nothing!!!! Inspite of all these Sukanto went on making some useless friends, did everything he can do under his restricting parents without getting noticed and tried to live a free life under the strict scrutiny of his parents. No he never felt like his parents are not caring or loving, rather he always felt that his parents are overtly loving and caring - to the extent which makes him feel uncomfortable.

Sukanto is a grown up man now, he works in a big MNC, earns a good salary, and loves to live his life in his own way. But one syndrome that he suffers is that - he is never been able to make proper decisions in life!!!! Yes he stands by all this decisions mostly bad and only a few good ones but he suffers and gets nervous everytime he has to make a decision. His parents stay with him and still at some points he feels they are getting overtly caring for him and feels uneasy.

Sukanto is single and has made a firm decision - he will never stop his kid from what he/she wants to do. Neither will he actually pamper his kid nor will he actually let him/her go out of his hand. He has seen the upbringing of kids in many non Bengali families and in some cases he is very influenced the way they bring up their kids. Sukanto feels this is the ideal way let the child go in a direction he/she wants to go and then allow him/her to walk or run in that direction till he sees his child is running into a danger. Life will show his kid many miseries and he will not protect him/her overtly from them rather will always help him/her in protecting himself/herself and making a wise decision. He will never let him/her become like his/her would be father i.e. Sukanto is.

With this thought he gets happy and at the same time feels bad when he looks around the troublesome couple and their endangered kid. He feels pity, sigh, he cannot do anything about it!!!

Aman ki Asha

Anjane anchahe soch!!!!

Jeevan me kyun yun pal hota hai,

Jab aaj me hamara kal hota hai,

Lagta hai fir se pyaar karun main,

Man me bas prem ghazal hota hai!!!

Beete pal bhi kabhi yaad aate hain,

Chahat ki aag sulag jate hain,

Lagta hai fir kuchh vaade karun main,

Tanhayian dil ko yun satate hain!!!

Par koi kahin hai na koi aisa,

Apna kehne ke layak jaisa,

Jispe kar nichhawar dil main,

Magan firun majnu k jaisa!!!

In palon me khatra hota hai,

Jab dil khud sapno me khota hai,

Bhulke aaj ko kal ki soche,

Fir akelepan ka aansu rota hai!!!

Do pal baad fir hokar sthir main,

Apne aaj k karm shivir me,

Sochta hun yeh soch kyun aayi?

Uttar rahit ho jaun ashthir main!!!

Khush hun main apne aaj ko pakar,

Beete achchhe pal sang me lakar,

Jeevan behti nischit dhara me,

Fir kyun dhundhun wo dhai aakhar?

Par kuchh to kahin chahat hoti hai,

Ek anjaani si aahat hoti hai,

Waqt se pehle kya mila kise hai,

Is soch me basi rahat hoti hai,

Haan isi me basi rahat hoti hai!!!

Akela sa Tanha sa!!!

Akela akela sa mujhko kyun lage yun,

Suna suna koi khwab sa jage kyun,

Kaisi hoti hai tanha jindagi,

Dooriyon ne jaise ki hai dillagi,

Jag me koi bhi nahi mujhko dikhe jyun!!!

Kabhi hulchul bhari jindagi ko yaad kar,

Kabhi chalti bheed ko khud hi udaas kar,

Kis ore main chalta chalun kahan?

Kya manjil meri hai suni viraniyan?

Soch bhi thak gayi angdaayion ko bhar!!

She is a woman!!!

A Woman to me is decisive, she knows what is wrong n she knows how to forgive,
